Serv Safe was originally a video and phamplet training system. I was contracted to create a CD-ROM based reboot in 1996, it took nearly a year to complete and became one of their best sellers with over 20,000 units. If you were in a fast food restaurant from 1997-2007 there was a good chance you saw a certificate generated by my program. I was video editor, producer, writer, graphic artist, and programmer. This was created in Macromedia Director. I made a custom LMS for this program so students could track progress. This program was also translated into Spanish.
